wonderful stay at a unique hotel

helpful staff quality tea unique location

The staff were so friendly and helpful! they gave great recommendations for local restaurants. my room had quality tea and coffee available. the basket of free treats at the front desk surprised me. Tunnock's teacakes are a must-try. i especially liked the unique location, away from the crowds, with beautiful walking trails nearby!

the tv was missing from my room, i thought that was unusual!

the king room included robes and a comfortable bed! the shower room had complimentary gel, shampoo, and conditioner, convenient, i had a great sleep.

The bar area featured fabulous cocktails and attentive bartenders. i enjoyed the lounges a lot. They were very chic! there was a great selection on offer for breakfast which was combined with excellent service, it was great.

I found the staff very attentive, they were always friendly. my room had a comfortable bed and a safe, it was very convenient. the short walk to the tram was also a plus. City center access was so easy.

i got one of the two parking spaces, though the area was still a bit difficult to navigate, and more spaces would be beneficial.
