the restaurant serve a meal that was excellent. friendly staff were available, and the room looked lovely. i also enjoyed amazing cocktails at the bar.

the room temperature was not warm on arrival, it take time to warm up, i did find a hole in the wall.

the reception staff were pleasant and helpful. the evening meal was of high quality, i enjoyed the buffet breakfast. i will definitely use this hotel again when i am in the area. the room was spacious and very comfortable.

the hotel is perhaps barely a 3-star, not quite a 4-star facility, but it's a minor thing.

The staff were friendly and helpful. That met expectations.

The dining area was notably cold. I had to eat with my coat on, something i found quite unacceptable. This issue needs addressing urgently.
