not overcrowded acceptable pool area poor air conditioning warm night
The pool area was acceptable, it prevented overcrowding .
The air conditioning barely cooled the room, maybe down to 20C. The warm nights were not great. There was no air conditioning at all in the lobby. The hotel should address this.
