the location proved excellent, close to many restaurants and in a quiet street. staff members offered friendly and helpful service. the reception area had water refill points and games with books for kids. i found the quiet environment in the hotel very restful..
i noticed some areas felt a little outdated, especially parts of my room.

the classic double room included a sofa bed offering extra space. usb charging points were conveniently placed by the bedside. a separate toilet enhanced bathroom functionality, providing added privacy.

the room was too hot. even though it was only 9 degrees outside at night, i couldn't get it cool. the air conditioning didn't work, and there were quite a few stains on the carpet in the room. that doesn't make up for any fancy toiletries!!!

the staff were friendly and helpful with everything i needed. the room included a safe. i also received complimentary drinks. the location is great because it is near many restaurants and the street is quiet.
i did not like there being no bath in the room. i thought the site mentioned there would be a bath.

The location was good for getting around. The hotel is near the city center.
The room felt dated, and it needed some attention. The bath had stains, the tiling was poorly done, and the wallpaper seemed like chipboard. It was not up to par with other stays.

winter settingusb charging ports
i stayed in june and the air conditioning situation was a joke. they claimed it was still on 'winter setting' due to a heatwave. i was offered a fan but it really did not cut it. many usb charging ports also did not seem to work, really annoying.
