i was charmed by the perfect service i received from the team. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. the breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. i especially appreciated the convenient kids' club as my children enjoyed various activities.

i found the hot water in the shower to be inconsistent, it did not always function properly. the television was also basic. only one bath towel each was supplied.

The staff at reception were very helpful. they provided assistance with directions. the poolside attendants were attentive and regularly offered fresh towels and drinks. Their friendly service was good.

The main pool offered comfortable loungers with sun umbrellas. the fitness center featured several treadmills and elliptical machines. the hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to the nearby shopping areas. This added convenience suited my needs.

The room featured nice furnishings and Balinese decor. Breakfast had many options including fruit and Balinese specialties. Two clean pools are available, one in each wing. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the Bali Collection Mall and taxi services are available.

The gym equipment needs updating. The hotel is also located a fair distance from certain attractions. The beach offers limited swimming options, especially during low tide.
