the resort had a prime location close to many shops and restaurants. the hotel felt very new and also seemed well maintained.

the room had poor soundproofing and i was disturbed by noises. there were also unusual rules enforced at check-in.

the garden has beautiful flowers. it has a quiet atmosphere. the hotel is a short walk to the monkey forest. it is only five minutes.

i found the breakfast box options limited. the food was cold. the bread in the breakfast box was hard.

central location with great service

lush pool central location helpful staff

i really enjoyed my stay. the pool area has a view of rice fields. the location is central so it was easy to reach the main areas. i was impressed staff took my safety seriously after i left my door open ajar. the staff messaged me to ensure i locked my room, it was very thoughtful.

the soundproofing in my room was not effective. i could easily hear noise such as rain, and people talking. this made it difficult to sleep at times.

the hotel is near various boutique shops, pubs, and restaurants. it is also next to the monkey forest. this makes it easy to explore many attractions without extensive travel.
