the room was quite spacious and provided a king size bed. the bathroom included a bathtub and a shower. the staff was helpful and cheerful, always smiling.

the one-way street forced taxis to take detours, thus added unnecessary travel time.

I found a laundry service conveniently across the road from the hotel I appreciated the nearby mini mart and the Bintang supermarket only a short walk away The hotel provided superb extras including a complimentary minibar a breakfast and a beach shuttle I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and gym.

There is a laundry service across the street I noticed a mini mart nearby too The Bintang supermarket sits just a short walk away from the hotel so getting anything necessary is quite easy. I appreciated the central position.

The staff impressed me with their friendly attitude and cute demeanor. They readily addressed every need that arose I valued the rooftop pool and gym access which definitely improved the stay. It was awesome.

The architecture and facilities are superb! The friendly, attentive service impressed me throughout the hotel. Our suite was AMAZING and breakfast included BOTH local AND western options. I found easy walkability around the area.

The tv channels selection could be slightly better. I missed having more options from back home.
