fantastic hotel near the beach
friendly staffexcellent serviceprime location
the resort was super clean. the staff were friendly and offered great customer service throughout my stay. the location is right by the beach. a commercial center is right beside the hotel. i highly recommend this place. i found it very convenient for shopping.
i noticed a slight smell from our washroom and i think it was from the drain.

the room featured a king bed and a separate seating area. the air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a steady temperature. ample storage was available in the wardrobe and dresser, providing convenient space for personal belongings.

The beautiful double room was clean. the bed provided great comfort. I slept soundly each night. i noticed the bathroom included both a shower and a bathtub. This was a great feature after a long day. the air conditioning worked perfectly.
The music was quite loud late into the night. It was hard to fall asleep easily. i think better sound insulation would improve things a lot.

My room included a comfortable king-size bed. The linens felt freshly laundered. a small seating area offered a place to relax. It included a table and two chairs. the balcony overlooked the garden.

Breakfast offered an extensive buffet. There were many options for both hot and cold dishes. i saw fresh fruit juices and a variety of pastries. the staff provided prompt and attentive service during meal times.

The swimming pool was large. It included shallow areas suitable for children. i observed plenty of lounge chairs. Many had umbrellas for shade. the hotel also provided beach towels for guest convenience.

The staff responded quickly to requests. They were generally very helpful. i saw that the front desk offered currency exchange services. housekeeping did an excellent job. They kept the rooms immaculate.

Solid choice near Kuta Beach

I found the garden view from my Premier Room Garden View to be peaceful. Breakfast had many options, what I needed before exploring the area. I could access the beach quickly as the hotel is nearby.
The gym is small, it felt cramped with more than two people. I noticed the water from the tap tasted salty. I washed my clothes again when I got home.
