Some Issues Noted During My Stay

slippery stepsdeferred maintenance
The pool area had a few issues. The steps into the pool were really slippery and lacked a handrail. the hotel seems a bit outdated with some deferred maintenance evident in both the room and throughout the hotel. It wasn't exactly super clean either. I noticed dust in several areas.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, it included pancake and egg stations and offered many filipino options. The free airport shuttle was very convenient. the lobby was cool and comfortable, staff let us stay while we waited for our next transfer, i appreciated this. the beds had comfy quality linens with the best pillows in the philippines

Staffs are friendly and very observant. the airport transfer service is available, providing ease of arrival and departure. The front desk team and porters provided amazing service. staff remembered my medicine i almost left it behind, they brought it out for me.

the team handled my last-minute honda bay boat trip request. a staff member remembered and brought my medicine i almost forgot. the hotel is near local restaurants and bars. the rooms are clean and well kept. jasmine, angel, jewel, and ken were especially helpful.
the windows aren't tinted, so there is limited daytime privacy.
