My stay included airport pickup that was seamless. The staff were friendly. The duties were executed professionally. The service in the restaurant showed commitment to standards that are high. The front desk staff organized a tour. It included the underground river.
The hotel is next the underground river. The tour was offered for a high price. It included lunch. I paid less for the same tour.

great terracereally good food
I enjoyed the great terrace overlooking the beach. It was relaxing. the restaurant offered really good food. Every meal had such flavor, and everything tasted fresh. breakfast amazed me, it was the best hotel breakfast and food i have ever had tbh. the beach seemed like a quiet tropical PARADISE.
the pool seemed small to me. i still enjoyed my stay.

The food was superb. I enjoyed the flavors. the beach front is relatively clean. the staff were very accommodating, too. They saw to my needs quickly.
the music in the restaurant was pretty annoying! after a short time, you might feel you are in a movie, though not even funny.

The restaurant staff knew the menu well, so they gave good suggestions. breakfast was semi-buffet. I chose one item from the menu and got the rest from the buffet tables. when i was caught in heavy drizzle, staff put up my beach umbrella. I was impressed by the safety manager and lifeguards.

A beach front PARADISE!

The staff were lovely, cute, and warm from the start. Detler, Abigael, Sofia, Frezel, Joey, and Alexa. They were fantastic. The restaurant had lots of vegetarian options and the food was AMAZING!!! The facilities are beautiful and well maintained.
The grand suite had missing tiles on the private pool. It needs to be better maintained and updated. The team is amazing, but extras like transfers and repellent were good.
