The free minibar in my room was a pleasant surprise, and it was restocked daily! I appreciated the 24-hour tea and coffee station in the reception area. It was a thoughtful touch. The tram stop just outside made getting to the city center so easy. I loved that! The breakfast had a great selection of cheeses and ham.

The parking fee was a bit higher than I expected, though it was convenient to have the garage right under the hotel.

The breakfast offered various options and was always well stocked (the fresh omelets were a treat!). The hotel's location is great because tram, train, and bus stops are all within a 5-minute walk. Access to the city is easy. The hotel is in a quiet area. Staff members are helpful.

The bathroom felt a bit outdated. The sink design was not very comfortable, and the faucet was too far from the basin. It needs some updates to match the modern feel of the rest of the hotel.

slow bar service limited gym

The gym was a letdown. It lacked basic equipment. I found the limited number of machines frustrating. The bar service was slow (I waited almost 20 minutes for a drink one night) and the staff seemed uninterested. I expected more from a hotel in this category.

strange layout street noise

The room layout was strange. The shower was right in the room without much privacy. The sink seemed like it belonged in a restaurant, not a hotel room. Also the noise from the main street was very loud, and I couldn't open the window because of mosquitoes. It wasnt comfortable at all.
