few equipments rude receptionist
the gym have very few equipment, which i found disappointing for a hotel its class. the early morning receptionist was also really rude. i had to ask several times for toilet paper and towels because i opted out of daily cleaning. it seemed like she was annoyed to even have to give them to me.

lacking gym receptionist attitude
the breakfast had a good variety of fresh products. customer service was excellent too.
the gym was lacking. i asked for toilet paper and towels since i opted out of daily cleaning, and the blonde receptionist acted like i was asking for the world. at check out, the receptionist asked the guest after me how was her stay, not me.

The hotel is close to public transportation. The staff was kind, promptly answering all my questions. I had a nice view from my room on the fifth floor. Several towels of various sizes were in the bathroom. I found this very useful.
