This hotel has an unbeatable location. It provides easy access to attractions and amenities. The cleanliness and maintenance are great (it felt very relaxing). The staff is helpful.
I found the parking garage under the hotel to be a bit narrow. Access was easy, though.

The room felt smaller than expected. there weren't any tea or coffee facilities available, that was inconvenient. the staff at reception weren't particularly cute. I felt a distinct lack of warmth. it was a bit disappointing.

The staff at reception assisted with extra towels. The hotel sits right in one of the main town squares. Breakfast provided a wide variety of options. Complimentary water bottles were available each morning until breakfast ended.
Air conditioning was minimal.

The parking on site had a reasonable cost of €17 a night. The location allows easy access to the cathedral and the fountain. There is a supermarket and bakery nearby, which serves coffee, located next to the hotel.
