the location was acceptable, it allowed for simple access to local points of interest.

The process for parking felt needlessly complicated. it seemed i needed to request permission each time i wanted to use my car. furthermore, i found there was no inside security lock on the room door. two people entered my room without knocking while my wife was resting. The maid had already visited.

my executive king room with sofa was spacious and clean. the bathroom was really nice and i found the bed comfortable. i had a fantastic view and really enjoyed that the minibar was complimentary! breakfast was good, the service was excellent, and there were lots of choices.

the processes that the hotel wants followed were not related at check in. it was confusing and i had a hard time understanding them. the parking process reminded me of a secret until something was not to their liking.
