valet parking 24-hour valet beach chairs umbrella bad spa experience negative city comments ignored massage requests
the valet parking operate 24 hours, this was so nice. included with the room were beach chairs and umbrella. the location had a beautiful upscale feel to it, so fancy.
the spa experience was not good. the masseuse spoke badly about the city. they also didn't care about my massage requests, i asked for deeper pressure and did not get it. i was like i needed another massage to recover.

special experience friendly personality refreshing drink great recommendation
Chris L. he was friendly. he was attentive. Chris seemed to appear exactly when we needed a refreshing drink, towels or great recommendations. I felt genuinely taken care of thanks to his professional and warm personality.
the food at the buffet was mediocre. my wife had a sausage that was raw. the selection was marginally better than a holiday inn breakfast.

The staff seemed to gauge who wanted to talk and who just wanted service. They were friendly. Silvana at the spa and Elizabeth at the Nobu pool were attentive. Jamecia on the beach offered quick service.

The facility provided what we needed. there are four pools on the premises. the gym is new and well-equipped.

We had dinner at the restaurant. It met our expectations. There are many dining options available. The Ocean Social breakfasts were delicious. visiting a Nobu restaurant was a highlight I didn't expect, and the happy hour was great!

top tier hospitality pool chair pool feature extra sunscreen
marco polo at the pool was kind. he made sure i had my towels. marco also updated me on the pool features. the sunscreen he offer was wonderful too. i felt pampered.
the thermal suite seemed overcrowded. it had many peoples from eden roc inside.

Staff members were attentive. the front desk showed cute faces and swift assistance. bell hops was kind and soft spoken. Their service felt seamless and graceful.

the hotel had access to the ocean and multiple pools. the position offers a quieter experience on the beach. near the hotel, i found plenty of places.
