the check in was self-service, it worked very smooth. the room is modern. it has amenities that are adequate. my kids had fun controlling the curtains and lights through the ipad. the room was a great contrast to other places.

i wanted coffee in the room. getting a cup took forever downstairs. i had to speak to someone before i could get coffee. this made my day start wrong.

the hotel is in downtown. metromover is right in front. bayside is a short walk. everything is near like subway, mcdonald's, and cvs. it is very convenient for getting around.

the room size surprised me. it felt smaller than expected with limited space for luggage i had two suitcases and struggled to find room for them. the self-service check-in kiosk was impersonal. i missed the human touch and assistance i usually get at hotels.

The room's mood features suited our stay wonderfully. the bed was very comfortable. We slept soundly. the rooftop bar provided amazing drinks. breakfast included many worthy and delicious options.

i found that the front desk recommended not drinking the water from the faucet in the room. i was provided with a bottle to get water from a special faucet near the bar.

i encountered some issues. self check-in was not my preference, a person could be available. the room felt quite small, the bed pushed into a corner by the window. access was limited to one side, forcing one person to climb over the other. this made things less than ideal

The room was super clean, and the hotel maintained excellent cleanliness. I appreciated that the front desk staff were helpful and organized. i thought the hotel and our room were beautiful and ultra modern. The rooftop pool offered gorgeous views. our room's large window also gave us a beautiful view though the blinds were slightly damaged.

The room felt small. There was limited floor space. i also found the furniture somewhat uncomfortable. There was not enough space to store luggage or open it easily.

The fitness center includes cardio equipment, a bench, and dumbbells. Reading books are available in the room. surrounding shops and restaurants are easily accessible. Also cvs is very close.

the location its super central, so getting around were a total breeze. i found workstations, these were really nice for getting a lil work done. the bar it had a very nice vibe, and the drinks were tasty!

i had a bummer checking in on a computer, it felt impersonal. the rooms, they felt quite small. i needed my phone to work the lights, its annoying.
