I was kinda surprised by how spacious the beautiful KING room was. The bed was comfortable, a true haven after a day of exploring. Free parking was a lifesaver, especially given the area. THE location was also convenient. Many restaurants and attractions were within walking distance.

Unfortunately, the room wasn't as dark as i prefer it to be at night. Streetlights shone through the window shutters, a minor annoyance. The bathroom fan did not work. the water pressure in the sink was quite low.

I was frustrated with the lack of cleanliness upon arrival. There were hairs in the bathroom, a major turn-off. The pillows were also terrible. They seemed like they were filled with loose cotton balls. a maid walked right into my room without properly knocking. She blamed me for not using the do not disturb sign. It seemed quite unprofessional. I was annoyed.

Our room had clean, fresh sheets and provided a nice overall atmosphere. The parking was convenient, despite being a bit tight (a very appreciated amenity). We particularly enjoyed the air conditioner in our room, as it helped us to stay comfortable during the warmer weather.

The blinds were difficult to adjust and seemed like they could easily break.

The location was good for accessing many areas. The surrounding area felt safe for walking, even at night. I found it easy to walk to shops and restaurants nearby.

The newly furnished rooms were spacious. Our room included essential amenities such as a coffee maker and a refrigerator. Clean towels and coffee pods were promptly provided upon request (always a plus!).

Many good places to eat are situated nearby. We found several options for breakfast along Polk Street, including a great cappuccino spot. The proximity to various dining options enhanced our stay significantly.

The front desk staff offered thorough explanations regarding public transportation. They provided information about the surrounding area and interesting attractions. We received new room within minutes when we discovered that the heater wasn't working.

The free parking was definitely a HUGE plus. it was quite tight, but i managed to squeeze in (even with my oversized suv!). the room was also very clean. I noticed that immediately.

The noise levels were higher than i would have liked. i could hear conversations from other rooms LATE at night. my room needed more space for suitcases. I had to leave them on the floor.
