Private rooms accommodate 1-3 guests. A triple private room includes a twin bed above and a double bed below. Bedding is provided; personal bedding and camping equipment are not allowed in the rooms and can be stored for free.

A complimentary breakfast is served daily, consisting of eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, fresh fruit, and orange juice. A free dinner from local restaurants is served in the ballroom, offering options for Italian night for $6 (plus tax/tip). The hostel offers a fully equipped kitchen for guest use, complete with fridges and labeled storage.

The Green Tortoise provides diverse activities. A game room features a pool table, ping pong, and board games. Social events occur nightly, including pub crawls and social meetups.
