Boutique-Style Rooms

The King George Hotel features 153 boutique-style rooms designed to make guests feel at home. Rooms include ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. Complimentary toiletries and a flat-screen TV are also included. Superior King and Queen Rooms offer Wi-Fi, a flat-screen cable TV, an iPod docking station, a work desk, an in-room laptop safe, a ceiling fan, and coffee-making facilities. Bathrooms come with a shower and hairdryer.

Dining at Mason Social

Mason Social Club, located in the hotel lobby, serves artisanal craft beers from the San Francisco Bay Area, a selection of pints, draughts and cask pours from the United Kingdom, and wines from Northern California and Wales. Authentic leathers, reclaimed oiled wood floors, and dark metals are incorporated into the furniture and architecture, along with bronze light fixtures. Mason Social Club offers live music and entertainment, nightly food and drink specials, wine and beer tastings, special events, and a Happy Hour. The lounge is open Friday through Sunday from 5 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.

Guests can hop on the Powel-Mason Line or the Powell-Hyde line to travel from Union Square to Fisherman's Wharf. The hotel is a 35-minute ride from the San Francisco International Airport.
