the staff was very kind and helpful i really appreciated that they were so understanding of my requests it made my stay comfortable the bathrooms were nicely done there was plenty of hot water in the shower the bed was also very comfortable.
i booked through a website and paid more than the rates shown i was surprised the food was not good considering the expense the hotel seemed a bit outdated to me the breakfast was overpriced.

the staff were lovely and helpful. fresh towels and kimono robes were available everyday. i enjoyed the feeling of an authentic japanese ryokan (it was quite charming!). complimentary drinks were offered upon arrival with free refills too.
i found the building to be a modern structure, not really a traditional ryokan. i thought the decor felt a bit inexpensive for a ryokan style.
