Acceptable Stay with Service Issues

inconvenient key procedure

The room had a good size for my stay.

I was annoyed that the room key had to be left at reception each time I left the hotel. This felt unnecessarily inconvenient and old fashioned.

amazing experience!

quiet street huge room large bath helpful staff

The location is very nice! i loved being so close to gion and all the restaurants. Convenience stores and train station are nearby. the hotel is on a quiet inner street! there is a coin laundry across the street. our room was huge and super clean. It had a large bath and shower room with everything i needed.

The room still used a physical key. But you drop it at reception, so it's all good!

the staff are super attentive and helpful! they speak english! they proactively helped me find transportation to the airport and were always ready to assist with any needs i had.

our room had a bath! it was quite new and spacious. the bed was two joined queen size beds so it was very spacious with super comfortable mattresses and pillows! everything was spotlessly clean.

This hotel's location is fantastic. It's very close to a big shopping street and a metro station! you can walk to many places! the hotel is in a quiet street! it is near many restaurants.
