Select rooms provide a fireplace, parquet floors, heating, and chocolate.
Dining at Nineteen
A continental breakfast is served downstairs, featuring fresh fruit, smoothies, muffins, cereal, and yoghurts. Guests can choose from toasted crumpets, croissants, French toast, and bagels from the Real Patisserie, all brought to the table. A small bar serves artisan gins, including several from Sussex, as well as wine, beer and other spirits.
Leisure and Activities
Parasailing and windsurfing offer opportunities to get out on the surrounding water. Dark-wood flooring and simple white walls provide a backdrop for the art collection. Broad Street connects St James's Street to the seafront, featuring an illuminated Brighton Gin sign, a chandelier and a hand-painted mural of the pier and i360.

“In my view, this refurbished Georgian townhouse cultivates a uniquely welcoming atmosphere. Its themed rooms and artisan gin bar, featuring local Sussex spirits, stand out in Brighton's vibrant Kemptown. As an editor, I particularly appreciate its adult-only environment coupled with the availability for family stays, reflecting attentive management.”
