The room was quite lovely, very clean and well-decorated. the bed was comfortable. i appreciated the two chairs and small table near the bay window. It was ideal for enjoying a cup of tea or using my laptop. the shower had good water pressure, and i had plenty of hot water throughout my stay.

street noise was a bit loud at times, though this is outside the hotel's direct control.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They made my check-in process smooth, and they were always available to answer any questions that i had. afu in particular offered attentive service was great, though the reception is in the sterling hotel next door.

This hotel boasts a superb location near the beach and town center. It is close to the seafront. it is also relatively close to several shops. It's steps away from the pier. several cafes and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

The room came equipped with essential amenities. This included towels, soap, and shampoo for personal use. i especially liked that they provided tea, coffee, and biscuits. That added a comforting touch. the front door remains locked. This provides an added level of security .

While the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant. I did smell strong odors of frying onions and indian food sometimes! the location is very close to restaurants. A variety of dining options are available nearby.

I appreciated the kind staff. They promptly took our bags to the allocated room. The location is close to the beach restaurants and shops. Parking is also nearby.

The walls were thin, so I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

Convenient Stay Near the Pier

The location was fantastic. The beach was just a short walk away. I found the room to be modern and very clean. I really liked the Tea tray provided and i found this touch lovely. Black out curtains really helped me sleep better.

I found that the walls were quite thin. I could hear neighbours walking and talking.

The room was definitely not up to par. The bedsheets had these mysterious stains, and it really made me question the cleanliness! the window also wouldn't lock properly, less than ideal. plus, they only gave us one big towel per person. no smaller towels for hands or faces. It felt rather odd.
