the location was near the bus station. breakfast was acceptable.
I encountered issues (unacceptable for a 4-star hotel). the bathroom was not clean. I observed urine on the floor and inside the toilet lid. this level of hygiene fell short of expectations.

underwhelming stay, some issues noted
dust presencestained carpet
i stayed in a standard double room, and i must say, i was a bit disappointed. the cleanliness was not up to par. dust was quite noticeable on the desk and around the power outlets. i also found a strange stain on the carpet, off-putting.
