The location was great and very central. breakfast was unbelievable. I really enjoyed it! the reception provided excellent service. the staff allowed us to have breakfast while they were setting up because we had to leave before official hours. It made our travel day much easier.

I asked for a small detail and it was not provided. The hotel had only the bare minimum facilities.

The breakfast was very good with many choices. The location is close to the bus terminal , and the Duomo is a short walk away.

Our room was old and had an unpleasant vibe. The sheets also had a weird smell , and it was not comfortable.
