great location helpful area
the hotel location allowed easy access to main attractions. i found the bag storage area very helpful for my luggage (i didn't want to carry it around!).
The room decor was quite basic. I'd prefer a few more stylish touches.

dated decor worn bathroom
the breakfast was acceptable.
The room i was given was quite disappointing. It was much smaller than expected from the photos online. the decor felt dated, and the bathroom looked worn. unfortunately, this did affect my stay as i hoped for something a bit more updated.

great location city view working facilities little choice thin walls uncomfortable pillows
The location was really good, near the Basilica Caterina di San Domenico. The hotel is reached via steps. It's a short walk from the drop-off location. Our room on the fourth floor had a view over the city and the Duomo. All room facilities worked as expected.
Breakfast had little choice. What was there was unappetizing. The walls separating bedrooms were thin. Pillows were not comfortable.

really good stay with amazing service!
central location excellent service early breakfast
The location was great and very central. breakfast was unbelievable. I really enjoyed it! the reception provided excellent service. the staff allowed us to have breakfast while they were setting up because we had to leave before official hours. It made our travel day much easier.
I asked for a small detail and it was not provided. The hotel had only the bare minimum facilities.

Breakfast is rich, delicious, and fresh. The staff will also bring a cappuccino or espresso. the barista carefully prepared these drinks. american coffee and other drinks are available self-service.

rooms are essentially equipped and clean. the heating is excellent, even beyond expectations during colder months. rooms include views of the magnificent cathedral, as underlined in the room description.

the hotel has a secure store for bicycles. the reception is available 24 hours. luggage storage was especially convenient.

the staff is very cute, friendly, and helpful. they are accommodating both before and after check-in and check-out. i really appreciate the kind service i received.

good breakfast central location old room weird smell
The breakfast was very good with many choices. The location is close to the bus terminal , and the Duomo is a short walk away.
Our room was old and had an unpleasant vibe. The sheets also had a weird smell , and it was not comfortable.

The room had a very comfy bed and air conditioning worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful.
