Good Spot, I liked it
handy locationelegant lobby
The location was quite handy. I found it near the city center and a bus stop. The onsite parking also helped a lot with my rental car, , I really liked the historical building, it has an elegant lobby. The breakfast includes good coffee and pastries.

the hotel location was great. i appreciated the friendly staff. the staff provided restaurant recommendations and a warm welcome. my room was super clean and comfortable.
the air conditioning did not appear to work. my room became very hot without the window open. a concert in the adjacent stadium made it very noisy. there were noisy forklifts and floodlights.

I found the staff very cute. Breakfast included MANY tasty options. The building's interior felt genuinely Tuscan with beautiful murals. The room I booked was very clean and quiet at night. I slept well.

The staff were always ready to help guests with their needs and requests. I felt very cared for. Lorenzo, Marco, and Barbara provided really good assistance, especially when I needed breakfast to go for an early departure.

the staff was friendly and helpful with directions.
the air conditioning did not function properly , and my room became uncomfortably hot especially during the day. i was forced to keep my window open to cool the room at night, but this introduced a significant amount of street noise. it negatively affected my sleep.
