the lady at reception, she was very helpful. she helped me a lot when there were some room issues that needed fixing. she was patient and helped find the best solution for me.
both rooms had an extra bed. this bed needed removing. there were dirty socks under the bed when it was removed.

the hotel is in a good location for getting around the city. it's right by the main station and next to the building is a metro station. i was able to keep the same room across two separate bookings for three nights in total! the shower was great and the bed very comfy.
there was a very smelly drain smell in the room. the air con didn't work so i had to open windows.
