The location was great for accessing transport options. The nearby park was lovely and provided a nice area for relaxation. I enjoyed a drink at the well-appointed bar. The barman was very friendly and helpful.
The room I stayed in had some visible signs of wear. There was some peeling paint and evidence of water damage. The heating was set high with no adjustment available. I had to open windows to manage the temperature

the hotel lobby was stylish. beds were very comfy. staff was friendly and polite. i could communicate in english easily. i checked in early. the hotel held my bags until evening since i had a late flight.

i arrived early after my flight with my son. i hoped to leave our luggage until check-in. the staff advised our room was ready and we could check in. it meant we could freshen up before heading out. the staff were helpful and friendly. the rooms were clean and well equipped.
The halls sometimes had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. It was not strong though

the hotel is easy to reach by public transport. it is also conveniently located for sightseeing. staff at reception offered free breakfasts to me and my husband. the breakfast was very tasty and substantial, i was also assisted after my bag was stolen.
the gym was a little small.
