excellent hotel experience!

I found the room very spacious. The shower seemed like a waterfall! the breakfast was very good with many choices. the staff were friendly. They were always ready to help with any questions i had.
The air conditioning was not strong. It took a while to cool the room. parking was inconvenient and costly. It would be good if they offered free parking .

Breakfast featured a wide variety of options. I thought it was a great start to the day. the golden bar provided a convivial atmosphere. I had nice drinks there.

The staff were very nice. They were very helpful and solved our concerns promptly. emilia, the office manager, was especially helpful. I am grateful for her assistance!

The fitness facility was excellent. I appreciated the well kept equipment. i also noted a swimming pool, however it's only for adults, it's good for lane swimming.

The staff was helpful and very kind. Breakfast offered many options. The location was excellent and I could walk to the Altstadt. The rooms were clean and spacious.
I encountered an issue with the minibar price list. It should have been on the tablet but it was not. I had to ask for it and received it after two days. This was a small but annoying thing.

The staff were super friendly and helpful . the room was spacious. I appreciated the extra space. breakfast was very good, with a wide selection.
The minibar price list was missing upon arrival. i had to request it and only received it after two days, this was a little inconvenient. the airport transportation i requested wasn't arranged. I had to take a taxi, this made arrival more difficult.
