wonderful stay!

i found the room very spacious. it had great amenities. the location was convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any inquiries i had or directions i needed.. i liked the bar area. it offered a variety of drinks and snacks.

the soundproofing could be better.

The staff was lovely and cute. i particularly appreciated triana's kindness. the room was large, equipped with comfortable beds and a modern decoration. the breakfast was excellent. The dinner was even better!!!

upon arrival, the receptionist asked for a 150 euros security deposit. i have never been asked to pay a security deposit in a hotel before. the room was a bit small for a superior double room. there were no drawers or shelves in the room for smaller items.

The hotel is close to the train station. I found the location very convenient. My room was spacious and quiet. It faced the back of the hotel. I appreciated the friendly staff.

The receptionist asked for a 150 euros security deposit. I had never been asked to pay a security deposit in a hotel before. We booked a superior double room but received a twin room. The receptionist suggested a triple room requiring an extra fee. Ultimately, she offered a double room, however, i felt it wasn't a favor because it was what we originally paid for.

Excellent Stay

premium room complimentary breakfast

The room offered a large space with a sofa and armchair. The bed proved particularly comfortable.

I encountered a receptionist who seemed arrogant and unaccommodating , asking for a 150 euros security deposit. They gave us a twin room instead of the superior double room that we had booked. The neighborhood felt sketchy, which resulted in a break-in to our car.
