I found the staff very attentive to all I needs, with prompt service. I liked the included amenities in my room and the minibar was stocked with quality products. I liked that my suite provided a generous space, and I spent happy hours on the balcony, mesmerised by the port activity. I feel so relaxed now.
The elevator did seem a bit slow sometimes during peak hours, though it was a minor inconvenience.

the location was acceptable, near enough to everything i needed.
The noise levels were intolerable. Sleep was impossible. the paper-thin walls meant every conversation next door echoed into my room, it was like they were in the same room. also, the 'free' wifi was slower than dial-up.

The location was excellent for my short trip. I found many restaurants nearby. Access to both the Hop On, Hop Off bus and the ferry was very easy. The room was spacious and comfortable!!!
The parking garage nearest to the hotel was at full capacity. I had to park slightly farther away. That was a bit of an inconvenience.

I appreciated the reception staff. They were so cute. The room was spacious and offered a view of the port. I also found an excellent bakery just a block away. I had breakfast there each day. The hotel restaurant provided an excellent dinner.
