the reception staff offered helpful information and spoke fluent english. our room on a high floor provided amazing views of the port and the cathedral. the location was excellent, close to everything. they held my larger luggage safely while i took a week's tour!!!
The gym had minimalist equipment. A downside for fitness enthusiasts.

I found the location excellent. the hotel offered direct access to the city's heart. it was convenient to explore nearby shops. we loved the vieux port views from our window. It was wonderful.
the gym felt minimalist. it needs some additional equipment. i found it outdated given the hotel's overall standards.
