prompt service quality products generous space happy hours
I found the staff very attentive to all I needs, with prompt service. I liked the included amenities in my room and the minibar was stocked with quality products. I liked that my suite provided a generous space, and I spent happy hours on the balcony, mesmerised by the port activity. I feel so relaxed now.
The elevator did seem a bit slow sometimes during peak hours, though it was a minor inconvenience.

Breakfast included a selection of fresh pastries and fruits, with locally sourced jams and honey. The coffee service was excellent, a barista prepared each cup to order. I did appreciate the attention to detail.

The hotel has bus stops right in front and the metro just around the corner. I noted the easy access to the historic Le Panier, it made exploring simple. The docks are really close.

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The king-size bed featured premium bedding and a selection of pillows. I liked that the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet environment.

historic district nearby bars lovely view
the location provided easy access to historic le panier. several bars and cafés were within walking distance. the views from the room overlooking the docks were good!!!
soundproofing was really poor, making it hard to sleep at night due to outside noise.

paper-thin walls slow wifi
the location was acceptable, near enough to everything i needed.
The noise levels were intolerable. Sleep was impossible. the paper-thin walls meant every conversation next door echoed into my room, it was like they were in the same room. also, the 'free' wifi was slower than dial-up.

Fantastic Stay Near the Port
excellent location easy access comfortable room
The location was excellent for my short trip. I found many restaurants nearby. Access to both the Hop On, Hop Off bus and the ferry was very easy. The room was spacious and comfortable!!!
The parking garage nearest to the hotel was at full capacity. I had to park slightly farther away. That was a bit of an inconvenience.

Wonderful stay with fantastic views
cute staff excellent bakery
I appreciated the reception staff. They were so cute. The room was spacious and offered a view of the port. I also found an excellent bakery just a block away. I had breakfast there each day. The hotel restaurant provided an excellent dinner.

excellent location city access vieux port views
I found the location excellent. the hotel offered direct access to the city's heart. it was convenient to explore nearby shops. we loved the vieux port views from our window. It was wonderful.
the gym felt minimalist. it needs some additional equipment. i found it outdated given the hotel's overall standards.
