beautiful location room size breakfast buffet disorganized staff restaurant quality service experience

the hotel has a beautiful location overlooking the sea. the room size was generous, which i appreciated. the breakfast buffet offered a good selection.

The check-in process was disorganized. I found the staff seemed distracted. the restaurant's quality was a bit disappointing. the general service did not seem like a 5-star experience.
