i found the location to be excellent as it is right by the port. many restaurants are nearby the hotel. the room offered great soundproofing so i could close the door for quiet. the staff were kind and helpful with directions.

the ground floor had no lift access. i had to carry my cases up several flights of stairs to reach reception. also, the room felt quite small, with not much space to open suitcases.
