adequate stay

warm welcome plentiful breakfast helpful staff low shower pressure inadequate temperature control room change

the staff provided a very warm welcome. our luggage was moved from the bus directly to our room. breakfast included a plentiful full english option in addition to cereal, toast, and hot drinks.

the shower had low pressure. temperature control in the shower was inadequate, fluctuating between very cold and very hot. there was no apology for a room change.
