generally ok stay
friendly staff clean room comfortable bed tatty shower room threadbare carpet tea service
the staff were friendly. they were efficient too. the rooms were clean. i thought the beds were comfortable.
the shower room needed updating. the carpets were worn. there were no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms. it was not very cute.

convenient location friendly staff adequate breakfast small room no facilities cramped bathroom
the location was really convenient to get around. it was near paddington station so i did not have to walk much with my luggage. the staff was friendly, they gave me directions when i asked. i also found the breakfast to be adequate to start my day.
My room was quite small. It was difficult to open my suitcase completely. there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, i had to go downstairs. also, the bathroom felt a bit cramped, it was hard to move around.

i found a great location near transport. a very polite receptionist offered me biscuits. the room included fresh towels and multiple power points. i think the staff provided good service.
the room was a small, but acceptable.
