the staff were friendly, that was acceptable.

The room felt quite dated. there was a definite musty smell, and some of the furniture looked like it had seen better days. plus, the wi-fi signal was weak. I struggled to get any work done..

The bus stop is right in front, a great convenience. I appreciated the quick and friendly service, especially at breakfast. The full Scottish breakfast was a treat (especially the black pudding!). The water pressure was excellent and provided plenty of hot water in the shower.

The sign was not very visible. It took a little effort to find the entrance.

The food was acceptable. The breakfast was filling.

The room was dated. A poor mattress provided discomfort. the bathroom had an odor. I found the plug for the hairdryer was far from the mirror. This proved difficult when I attempted to style my hair.
