The location was acceptable. It was near the tram stop.

Check-in was a NIGHTMARE. i didn't get the check-in details until just before 3pm. there was no flexible check-out, even on new year's day. I had to be out by 11. other guests were shouting. It woke me up. it seemed like i was in a family home with noisy children.

the location was quite convenient. it was a short walk to the train station and other points of interest.. the suite had a fridge, microwave, and kettle. these amenities allowed us to easily manage breakfasts .

customer service was not readily available on-site. i had to call to get the codes for entry. the room did not have heating control and felt cold.

i REALLY enjoyed the easy access to public transport. The proximity to various restaurants also helped us, it was nice. The super clean condition of the public areas added to the positive experience. I appreciated the comfortable bed in my room, TOO.

the lack of a dedicated space for luggage storage before check-in wasINCONVENIENT. Finding a bathroom for a quick change upon arrival proved difficult, surprisingly.

The location worked out well. it was a short walk from the city center. the room had everything i needed for my short stay. I found it quiet and secure.

the room felt dated. the furniture was old. the bathroom felt small for the price i paid. also, a deposit of 200 pounds was required upon arrival.
