effective air conditioning central location friendly staff

The location allowed easy access to local restaurants and shops. i appreciated the room had air conditioning. It worked effectively. staff were friendly and always available to help with directions.

the bathroom was small, and the sink drained slowly.

missing fridge missing hairdryer

My room lacked a fridge and a hairdryer, so it was inconvenient. There was not a way to contact reception directly from the room. I had to walk up and down stairs since there are no lifts, a problem being on the second floor.

a decent stay near the falls

great location helpful staff small room poor air conditioning

the location is quite convenient. i could easily walk to the falls and explore nearby restaurants (i especially liked the three monkeys restaurant). the staff were helpful, and the breakfast had a nice selection.

the room was a bit small, especially with luggage. the air conditioning didn't work very well (it was quite warm), so it wasn't as comfortable as it could have been.
