The resort features a golf course. I enjoyed having it right there. A free shuttle to the destination was also so convenient. The staff provided really good service throughout my visit.

The Double Room River View offered two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The room included a comfortable seating area and a work desk. The air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout the stay.

the breakfast buffet included fresh fruit and hot dishes. the guest relations team helped us arrange a boat cruise. our room was spacious with views of the zambezi river! i appreciated the efficient service.

The hotel sections are divided into wings. This could confuse first-time visitors.

the staff never provided any explanations i requested an early check in and the hotel confirmed it but the room wasn't ready also bathrooms were really old
