the staff answered questions quickly (and were very helpful!). the rooftop bar provided city views. the 24hr bar proved convenient. the location allowed for easy access to trams and the u-bahn. the rooms were clean and quiet.
The rooms were too small. There was almost no space between the bed and the walls.

the hotel is close to public transport (including trams and the u-bahn). it makes access to different parts of the city easy. the area around the hotel felt safe and accessible. there were some shops nearby.

the staff at the front desk offered quick assistance. i did not need extra service from the staff. the check-in process was quick and efficient. the staff were helpful to provide directions to various local destinations.

the rooftop bar offers nice views (especially at night!). it is open until late hours. a 24-hour bar is available. there is also a breakfast buffet but i didn't try it.
