The room was quite spacious, and I liked how modern and clean it was. Breakfast offered excellent variety with many options. The hotel provided free parking which was convenient, and I appreciate this additional benefit. The staff was friendly and polite.

I found the transition between some parts of the hotel a little confusing.

The personnel were among the best I have encountered, as they were super service-oriented and pleasant with every request I made. Staff were helpful and very approachable, they provided support and assistance whenever needed.

The breakfast was good with a very big free car park available with cars.

The service was really lacking I thought. Every service person I met seemed to carry an attitude. It felt arrogant and unwelcoming. It almost made me wonder if I was really a paying customer or just an unwanted guest who had overstayed their welcome. Perhaps a smile or two would not kill them.
