A Mixed Experience

The room was a well sized.
The receptionist struggled with English, it was difficult. I arrived late, and he could not find my reservation. He gave the wrong room, I found it awful. I was not offered a baby crib.

Excellent Value and Service

The reception staff was very helpful. My room included both a bathtub and a shower. I found the train station to the city center just a five-minute walk away. Inma from the breakfast service was also very nice. She was always attentive to the clients.

Solid Stay Near Trade Fair

The location allows easy access to the trade fair. The room i had was quite spacious. I found all accessories in the bathroom was provided. Free parking in front of the hotel was a plus.
The restaurant was closed during the evening. You could only get warmed up hot meals in the bar. That was disappointing.
