mediocre stay with room issues

the location was acceptable, providing easy access to the city center.
The room i received was not properly cleaned. I found several hairs and dust upon check-in. the minibar was included, but its contents were very limited, and the coffee capsules were not replenished. It felt much smaller and quite cramped.

the tv selection was awful. i couldn't find any english channels, not even news channels and i had a lot of downtime. the room service menu was limited, too. i expected more variety for dinner options after a long day and the food i ordered was like it was precooked and not freshly prepared and was not hot. i also was unable to locate a restaurant nearby.
