bright lighting broken door

The bedroom lighting was far too bright. It felt similar to an operating theatre (not conducive to relaxation). The shower cabin door was broken and leaked water onto the floor during use. Cigarette butts remained on the French window balcony for my whole stay.

fantastic experience near porta nuova!

train station many towels double room

this hotel is close to the main train station. i found it very clean. i especially liked the many towels i had in my double room!!!

the street outside was a little noisy at times. it was not a big problem, though.

The location was convenient. It's near the train station, and tram connections to the center were easily accessible. I also found the staff to be very kind and helpful.

I found the location very convenient, near the train station. It was an easy walk to many attractions and sights. Staff members were helpful. They addressed my requests PROMPTLY. The room was clean.

The bedroom lighting felt harsh. The light was too bright, like lights in a hospital room. The bedside lamp did not give ENOUGH light to read.

The breakfast selection included bread, cheese, and also cold cuts. Fresh fruit juices WERE available. Coffee and tea were also available in the breakfast room.

Excellent Location and Friendly Staff

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring! It was a short walk to the train station. The staff were also very friendly and helpful . I found the breakfast offered a lovely variety of food.

The air conditioning system had a hotel-wide restriction, I could not set the temperature below 26°C. This made it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep, though it was not overheating.

My room was very comfy and tidy. it included a nice balcony. I found the bed very comfortable, and I slept soundly each night. The space was compact but functional.

The hotel has a 24/7 reception, very convenient for late arrivals and early departures. I appreciated the easy access to restaurants, cafés and shops. A grocery store next door was also very useful.
