The Modernist Athens, situated in the former Canadian Embassy in Kolonaki, offers 38 rooms ranging from S to XL sizes. Each air-conditioned room combines timber floors, white walls, and black custom-designed wooden furniture. Rooms feature parquet floors, Marshall speakers, flat-screen satellite TVs, and laptop-compatible safes. Bathrooms include amenities by Physis Laboratory, ample marble sinks, and a shower with a hairdryer. Certain rooms also provide guests with a balcony.
Dining: Crafted Flavors
The Modernist Athens provides accommodation with a restaurant serving a buffet breakfast each morning from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, prepared with selected ingredients and a custom TAF blend coffee. The drinks list features eight signature cocktails specially designed by Nikos Bakoulis, co-founder of Athens' celebrated bar, The Clumsies. There's also a simple, healthy all-day salad 'bowls' menu which includes salmon and beef nicoise. The rooftop bar offers Acropolis views and sunset cocktails. Room service is available from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM.

There's also a turntable with its own vinyl collection, with music curated by Athens DJ Spilios Christopoulos, as well as a trolley stocked with premium spirits available. Located in Kolonaki, The Modernist Athens is within 500 metres of Lycabettus Hill and 600 metres of Athens Music Hall. It's less than 10 minutes' walk from the National Gallery and the Museum of Cycladic Art. Evangelismos metro station is at the end of the road, near Aristotelous square and the scenic waterfront.
