charmed by this lovely hotel

helpful staff breakfast choice convenient luggage

the staff were very helpful and friendly. a really good breakfast had so much choice. the communal areas included a great mix of furniture and art. i was able to leave luggage after i checked out as i had a late flight.

there was a strip light under the wardrobe cupboard with a switch. the switch did not work, so the light could not be turned off unless i removed the key card. without electricity i could not use the air conditioning

the staff provided assistance with luggage storage before check-in. they offered directions to nearby attractions and restaurants. reception was available 24 hours, addressing requests promptly, appreciated.

a decent stay

helpful staff varied breakfast significant noise seedy area

the staff members were helpful. the breakfast included a lot of variety and the food was well presented.. it was delectable. i would rate the hospitality a 10 out of 10.

my balcony room faced the main road on the 3rd floor and the noise was significant with the doors open. i couldn't even hear myself speak. i also thought the area felt a little seedy with two gentlemen's clubs nearby.

the staff were super friendly and always ready to help. i found free parking very convenient, a huge plus when you are in town.

the gym felt small, almost squeezed into the attic (i wished it was larger). it didn't quite match the rest of the experience.

adequate, but some issues

noisy street poor cleaning

The breakfast was good, with enough options.

My room faced the street and was very noisy. Even the closed windows did little to block the sound. The bathroom smelled unpleasant, like sewage. I had to keep the door closed to minimize the odor. I also noticed the cleaning wasn't great. There were hairs on the sheets.
