The staff spoke English WELL. The hotel has beautiful decorations. I appreciated how close it was to the cruise ship terminals. I found a recommended taverna just a short walk away. The food was AMAZING!!!

The hotel needs some updates, and there was a slight humidity issue.

The restaurant was open late, so I could have dinner upon arrival. The breakfast service was planned very well. There was no pushing or shoving during breakfast, so it was relaxed.

The room I occupied was a superior room. It provided ample space and very comfortable bed linens. The staff demonstrated really good courtesy and attended to all requests promptly..

The gym was not fully equipped. I noticed some missing free weights. The rooftop pool was closed. This was quite disappointing. The hotel did not activate the air conditioning until the outside temperature reached a certain level.
