slightly underwhelmed, i guess

broken equipment closed pool

The gym was a joke. half the equipment was broken or missing, and there were exposed wires. i really wanted to use the rooftop pool, but it was closed. apparently, it was "down to the weather", even though it was sunny and warm. the air con wouldn't switch on until it hit 23 degrees outside. I was sweating all night.

the staff was helpful with a quick check-in when i arrived late. i found the room spacious and clean (a relief after a long journey). the breakfast included a decent variety of options. the location was very convenient for accessing the port the next day.

the wifi signal in my room was sometimes weak. (it's a minor issue, but worth mentioning).

The staff spoke English WELL. The hotel has beautiful decorations. I appreciated how close it was to the cruise ship terminals. I found a recommended taverna just a short walk away. The food was AMAZING!!!

The hotel needs some updates, and there was a slight humidity issue.

The room I occupied was a superior room. It provided ample space and very comfortable bed linens. The staff demonstrated really good courtesy and attended to all requests promptly..

The gym was not fully equipped. I noticed some missing free weights. The rooftop pool was closed. This was quite disappointing. The hotel did not activate the air conditioning until the outside temperature reached a certain level.
