I mean it started before seven. my air con didnt worked at all. i had to move rooms, and the front desk was pretty unprofessional about it. not a good experience.

I really enjoyed the excellent location near Riva. The staff was very polite and professional, assisting with all my needs. I was grateful for the complimentary parking in the garage. I also appreciated the extended checkout. It made my departure seamless.

The hotel is very stylish. I observed the great pool area. breakfast included a great choice of items. i particularly appreciated the staff. They were all very helpful and friendly.

The housekeeping was unfortunately poor. I noticed that the shower gel ran out and was not refilled. the toilet roll was not replaced on one occasion. a towel also had two large rips in it.
