The transfer from Sapporo Chitose airport takes 2 to 2.5 hours by taxi, 3 hours by bus, or 3.5 hours by JR train to Kutchan Station, the closest station to Hirafu Niseko. The arrival bus stop is 'The Welcome Center', also known as 'Hirafu Parking Number 1.'
