Rooms and Suites

AYA Niseko offers Atelier rooms with 20.11 sqm internal area, featuring a double bed or two single beds. Studio Apartments cover 47.24 sqm and accommodate up to three guests, including a kitchenette and seating area. The 1.5 Bedroom Apartments provide 69.44 sqm of space, accommodating up to four guests with a full-sized bedroom and a semi-double murphy bed. AYA 2 Bedroom apartments range from 85 to 87 sqm, accommodating up to five guests. Flagship 3 Bedroom apartments provide 154 to 156 sqm for up to seven guests. Residences offer private ski-in access and private onsen, ranging from 225 to 308 sqm. Penthouse apartments accommodate up to ten guests, with private onsen and terraces, ranging from 277 to 373 sqm. Atelier units have an inward-facing window looking onto a small internal courtyard. AYA Niseko apartments and penthouses offer views of Mt Yotei, Grand Hirafu Resort, and the National Park forest. Rooms are equipped with kitchen supplies, including a rice cooker, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and tableware. Guests can use communal laundry rooms on each floor from 2F-6F.

Onsite Dining

AYA KITCHEN provides traditional and modern Japanese and western dishes. Restaurants serving variety of cuisines are available. There are no other restaurants or shops in AYA Niseko.

Leisure and Wellness

AYA Niseko Spa provides traditional and contemporary techniques. The AYA Niseko Gym includes exercise equipment. In-house amenities include natural onsen hot springs and a sauna. Nomad Wellness Physio, located on the 2nd floor, offers physiotherapy, massage, gym, yoga, breathwork, and sound healing. Public onsen are open 6:00 - 9:00, 13:00 - 00:00 (last entry 23:00). Private Family Onsen are open 13:30 - 22:00 (last entry 21:00). Both are available only to overnight guests.

Located in Hirafu, AYA Niseko is near stores with winter-wear and snow-wear. The hotel is located at 1-4-4-5, Niseko Hirafu. Grand Hirafu Mountain Center is 1 km away. Niseko Village Nature Experience ground "Pure" is 2 km away. The hotel is near the Ace Family lift. AYA Niseko offers ski-in ski-out access. New Chitose Airport is approximately 2-3 hours away. Sapporo and Otaru are approximately 1 - 1.5 hours away. Kutchan Station is 15 - 25 minutes by taxi.
